KidStrong has a great model for the kids classes. My son truly enjoyed the class without realizing he was developing and learning new kills

Great program, kids love visibility as class captain, coaches award, and leveling up. “I am strong etc” meaningful to kids and helps in many life situations.

My daughter absolutely loves kids strong and her coaches. It has encouraged her to do more exercising outside of class

We love KidStrong! We appreciate the consistency of having the same few coaches each week, so that Alice feels comfortable with who she is working with. She seems to really struggle with healthy competition, both at home and at KidStrong, and I am glad that it's part of the program each time we come in!

Solid program. Coach's are not tighten to a scrip. They understand the kids individual needs and struggles. Very inclusive environment.

We love KidStrong Cary! We have been going for six months and my 7 year old looks forward to it weekly! The coaches are beyond amazing and make you feel so welcome.
