I honestly feel like if the location honored what they told me when I signed up, I wouldn’t have had to cancel the membership. I travel a lot for work and would change the hours constantly to try to make it work for my son but often times when we dropped into classes, they were extremely fulland other kids did not listen, which made it hard for my son to focus on the instructors

We loved the owners but the coaches for their classes did change often so it made making a child/coach connection hard. Maybe throw in some new stricter type of classes offered (freestyle, parkour etc) idk haha just throwing ideas out there because even though the courses would change class to class the same pattern felt the same.

I dont know. It seems like the glasses and design set up with loud music is just the typical experience for whatever reason. Yall treat this like a CrossFit environment in terms of noise but CrossFit doesn’t have glass every where and CrossFit isn’t for 4 year olds lol

Combo sibling classes for younger ages (1yo and 3yo) so that both kids could be allowed on the floor at the same time. Once my older one was 4, there wasn’t a good schedule option for them to both do classes at the same time that worked for our family

They should have fixed the issue when it was reported but infact they ignored
