Seen a difference in my kids physical strength and a little bit of social skills (needs more focus on this) & my kid looks forward to this activity vs all others !

It has been instrumental to the development of our son in every way! The confidence level in him as SOARED! The coaching staff (especially Coach Reid and Coach Sawyer) are incredible. They love their job and it makes all the difference. I would also say that getting our son in KidStrong so early (2yo) made all the difference in how comfortably he transitioned into other team sports. Being exposed to leadership skills, team work, and coaching set him up for massive success! I can't recommend KidStrong Cedar Park any higher!

My daughter had an amazing experience at KidStrong! She was always excited to go and learned so much especially in leadership and teamwork. She truly loves the program, but she’ll need to focus on her soccer league over the next few months. Thank you so much to the entire KidStrong team!

Didn’t have the chance to try the member app so cannot really commend on that, but we like the trial experience. Booking was easy, staff were friendly and the coaches were very professional.

The team there really motivated my daughter and doesn’t make her feel less than because she is overweight.

My son has been attending classes for about a year and a half and loves it! It’s a great way for him to get energy out in a fun, yet constructive way.
