We LOVE Kidstrong!Everybody is always so kind, friendly, proactive, informative, personable and involved in the success and improvement of my daughter's individual needs for growth!We have been at Kidstrong for a few years now, and cannot imagine not going. This class is well worth the investment in your child's future, involving both physical and social/emotional/mental health.My daughter is more confident, and thrives in each class and when it comes to socializing in a public and school setting. Didn’t have the chance to try the member app so cannot really commend on that, but we like the trial experience. Booking was easy, staff were friendly and the coaches were very professional.

The team there really motivated my daughter and doesn’t make her feel less than because she is overweight.

My son has been attending classes for about a year and a half and loves it! It’s a great way for him to get energy out in a fun, yet constructive way.

Its a great program for kids. Whoever thought of it is a genius. But also the thought put into it makes it great. The obstacles, the patience and love that come from the coaches, the cleanliness, the rotating awards, the coaches knowing the kids names. Everything from start to finish is amazing and ive seen my son grow so much from this program.

I love the idea behind KidStrong I feel it has really help build very important growth skills. Exercise confidence fearlessness grit I could just keep going, and the staff is great!!!!
