I had a lot of fun with my daughter in the class participating and for the first time she didn't need a lot of redirection from me as she just flowed with the class. The transitions were quick and easy to follow. She has not stopped repeating how she's brave and strong and that's only after one class and it makes me happy to see her feel that way about herself. My son also loved his older class and looked like he was having the time of his life. I couldn't ask for a better fitness based program.

Different then any other programs

We have really enjoyed most of the staff and how positive and upbeat they are when working or talking to any of the kids or adults. We enjoy the structure of the classes that keeps our son engaged the whole time he’s there. I like how easy it is to switch class times around if we have things come up in our schedule and can’t make our regular weekly time.

I really enjoyed the energy of all of the staff, and the care and attention given when I called with questions, and text check-in leading up to our first trial class.

I am always impressed that they know Silas and want to engage with him from the time we walk in the door to the time we leave and every moment in between. It’s such a positive and amazing atmosphere.

Kidstrong doesnt only help my child gain. The confidence he needs to know that he could do anything he puts his mind to, but it also helps my child maintain being active.

Communication has been easy and it’s nice to know I’m talking to a person.The Coaches (Coach Ethan specifically) has been so kind to our family. He makes an effort to say hi to us and make the whole family feel welcome. He listened when we told him Daniel could handle and use some extra attention when it comes to slowing down and doing it right. I’ve seen him make Daniel start over and do it right. It’s so good for Daniel to be pushed to be what he is capable of and seeing that Ethan sees the potential in Daniel and cares enough to make the effort (even during the chaos of class) is so reassuring.

We love KidStrong & our son, Zyair, has truly gained so much confidence & structure through this program. All of the coaches have been amazing & really engage with the kids in class
