Staff and coaches are so good. They are the right fit for the goal of program. They are friendly and it’s so easy to communicate with then. We love Jen, Jessy, Esta. My daughter’s self confidence improved significantly after starting this program.

My kids have shown such immense improvement in balance, strength, and most important confidence! They have been doing things that seemed hard or scary at first, by themselves, without hesitation for the last few classes. I am amazed and in awe of such a program that I am jealous I did not grow up with a kidstrong program.

We have had nothing but such a positive fun experience every time we are at KidStrong from staff, coaches and the classes. My son loves and always looks forward to KidStrong days.

I love the coaches, I love the exercise. My daughter loves it even more. I would only like to see a little more competition because that has its place in their development. Losing winning getting awards not getting awards are good ways to help them regulate their emotions and it also helps us understand our children more.

The coaches and staff give my boys a positive experience every time we come. They know the boys by name and ask them meaningful questions.

Everyone seems happy to be there and engaged. The environment is welcoming.

We attended KidStrong for a trial class. The center staff were very nice and friendly. The center was very clean. My daughter had a blast. The curriculum was very fun and even got the parents involved. It was a lot different then what I expected and it was amazing.
