My kids really love coming to Kid Strong. It has been a positive experience all around!

Coaches are really enthusiastic and do a great job at creating a fun environment for the kids. The workouts challenge the kids physically and mentally while encouraging parents to engage.

We absolutely love the coaches. And my kids are so excited to go every week. Such amazing program with some awesome people!

I think that it's a great experience for kids both physically, socially, and emotionally. The coaches have gotten much better at being able to adapt to the group of kids they have and adjust their interactions accordingly.

The people are very friendly and make you feel like you are a friend to the parents and the students. The curriculum is age appropriate and has a great variety. I love that they incorporate both physical activities and ones to stimulate the brain. For those that need it I love how they encourage and encourage parent encouragement. I feel like this is so kuch better than having my daughter go to a dance class that encourages competition and vanity. Im so glad I signed her up.

The coaches and staff were friendly and accommodating. I think the program will help help my child grow in positive ways.

My daughter loves the class, it really gets her engaged and she seems to want to do her best. She loves fun and athletic things, competition, running, games, people and I think this has it all.
