The staff were so welcoming and informative. We absolutely loved the environment and my kids left feeling so proud of themselves. I haven’t stopped hearing “I am strong, I am brave, I can’t do this!” since we left. We will definitely be back!

Staff was so friendly, the activities were creative and fun but challenging. The coaches gave great motivation and were interactive with not only the children but parents as well. We also loved how there was so much more than physical activity included in the class, eye contact, speaking up, answering questions, following directions, introducing themselves, etc. all great character building activities that you don’t find in activities anymore. We absolutely loved it and so did our 2 year old!

Absolutely Awesome!! My son is not the best at following instructions. That’s why we are here . The staff and coaches went above and beyond to make this such a positive experience. I felt bad bc I couldn’t help but they did exactly what I would have done with him in a kind respectful way. I was beyond impressed!! We will be back! Thank you team

i saw children proud of themselves, parents they were encouraging, coaches that immediately cared about us the first time we walked in the door. i wish every place could welcome us like this. it made my child feel comfortable to jump right in and feel a part of.

This is a very great way to have the kids happily involved around positive support, with milestones unimaginable and interactive activities helping with so many things like behavior and confidence. I love it

Love to see my kid opening up and to see that she feels safe enough to do so. The staff work to make connections with kids so they feel safe and comfortable. The energy is high and the activities are very engaging the kids do not look bored at all. I appreciate the staff working to get to know the parents and also get them involved during the session. Love the atmosphere.

We went for the first-time time and my son loved it. He homeschools, so this is a great way to work other children his age and to build his social skills and competition.

I think the mission is good. More kids need to move, have communication skills and confidence. Getting kids offline and screens is our generations biggest challenge. My children are no exception. I think KidStrong seems to be doing it at a level and with a polish I haven’t seen before.
