I think it’s best to start kids with KidStrong before they attend sports because KidStrong helps prepare them to be ready mentally and physically to take on any sports they might want to do in the future.

It is a positive, upbeat, safe environment. The coaches do a excellent job connecting with the kids. After his first class Hudson was excited to be part of the program.

I haven't seen my grandson smile so much in quite a while. He had fun the entire time he was there and couldn't wait to tell family and friends all about it when we left. We'll done everyone!

Positive, fun experience for my kids (they really liked the coaches and activities) but also "so hard" --my kids are excited for another challenging visit next week!
