My great granddaughter has been going since they opened and it has been wonderful to see her progress. She is confident, outgoing and loves going to class! She has developed in strength, coordination and is learning teamwork as well as independence. The coaches are great and always ready to help during class.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Registering for the trial class was effortless, and the staff was extremely helpful when we needed to adjust our schedule. During the class, the entire team was welcoming and attentive. We are thrilled to continue our journey here and have happily signed up for a weekly class.

The ease of communication with the staff and coming for our first class was seamless. Everyone made my daughter feel comfortable and got her excited to want to come back. She has been on repeat with the affirmations and it has already made a huge impact on her confidence.

I love all the lessons that aren’t just about physical activity!! The focus on confidence also os a big factor for us!

Wanting to get my grandson 4 years a Young involved in a development program as there are no other children to interact with so we decide to visit on the free trail to see how he would accept program. Upon arriving we met Coach Alex who attempted to calm Kenny's fears, he was struggling did not want to participate was what he kept saying. Coach Emerald and Coach Sammie came over invited him to look at training area and demonstrated to him how much fun it would be. There were 7 other children that were enrolled that started arriving Coach Alex & Emerald immediately included him in the class and in a matter of minutes the shy, timmed and fearful child became Rambo. The class process by the coaches, the enthusiasm, the attention, the interaction, the moments of creating laughter and recognition of each participant was incredible. My idea of enrolling him in n this program is to help him develop his social skills, his interaction with other other children, his ability to follow instructions from coaches, developing listening skills and physical capabilities., Kid Strong program met all of agenda. I had to drag him out of building as he still wanted to keep going, jumping, cheering for the other kids and himself. If you thinking of a program sign up for free session. I went ahead and enrolled him for one month sessions and will more than likely continue thru end of year if not into next year, he loves it. Thank you Coach Alex, Sammie and Esmerald. The kidstrong team has been instrumental in helping my son be confident and comfortable. They are always encouraging, friendly, and accommodating with anything we could need.

This was the first time we have got the kids into extracurricular activities. I love that the coaches explain why the kids are doing certain exercises and that they always have an amazing attitude. I woukd recommend this location because the staff are very helpful, and my children always learn alot on what they can do and get support if they need help improving.
