We have a great time each and every time we go. Coaches are energetic and ready for the kiddos. Coach Sophia has done an excellent job being our class leader, really appreciate her! I love how you all are constantly improving and doing things for a better experience.

I really appreciate that the staff is open to constructive criticism and values feedback to help improve the experiences for their members. Also coaches are easy to approach as well and try their best to be personal with each child.

My son Yuma loves going to KidStrong and always has a good time. The workout is great for him to strengthen his body. The trainers are great and the program too.

The stimulation is amazing for my 6.5 year old! She wakes up looking forward to going! She was experiencing burnout in dance class so this has been a nice refreshing new experience for an active activitie✨️
