Kids strong is a really good place for kids to gain skills and let off some energy. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. My son loved every minute of going.

My daughter loved the class for it being her first time. The staff are very nice.

It is our first time going and experiencing every thing. With our limited exposure. I observed the coaches, kids and parents. They all seemed very enthusiastic about everything. I like the class curriculum they have it is different from other classes I have observed or heard of.

As a former KidStrong coach, I loved the giving and receiving of the program and the rewarding smiles we received from the families. I love seeing the growth in the kids week by week. My son loves it so much. I have never seen him so motivated to workout.

The class was a great pace with plenty of variety and opportunity for the kids to grow without being too structured that it loses the fun aspect of being a tiny human.
