KidStrong has helped our kiddos not only get stronger physically, but also work on social skills and gain confidence and courage! I’m loving watching our kiddos grow!

Not only was extreme patience and understanding taken with my son, but Coach Alex didn't deter from his interest in my son. Royse has experienced a lot of adults and programs that don't want to invest in the work it takes to encourage Royse or help him through his perceived fears or quirks. After one class, Royse has a bit more confidence.

KidStrong has been incredible for our son! He’s learning valuable life skills, and the coaches are so patient in keeping him focused while introducing new, challenging workouts that push him to do his best.

From our very 1st class we have had such a great experience with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The class itself is well rounded in the physical, social and emotional aspect. Memito enjoys it and seems like he isn't as shy anymore in class.
