My great granddaughter has been enrolled since they opened! She has really gained confidence and improved physical skills, social skills, as well as learning teamwork. She loves her coaches and enjoys the classes.

The coaches are awesome!! The facilty is clean and my daughter really enjoys going to class! Such a fun environment!

Lola likes it because it's challenging and high energy. She looks forward to coming every week. I have noticed that she has become stronger and she is not shy to jump in and try new things.I like it because of all the components that are rolled into 1 class. I like the physical challenge for her as well as the mental challenge. I like to see public speaking incorporated bc I think it's an important skill to have starting at a young age.Lola is also very goal oriented. She likes getting awards. I wish she got more. But we are teaching her that you don't get one every class. She likes to be recognized for her hard work.

They always provide a great experience. The coaches are ALWAYS engaging encouraging and provide great confident class sessions.
