My son and I love Kidstrong, every time we go in, everyone says hello and welcomes my son by name, its amazing the donations that are built not only with the coaches and the kids, but even with us parents. It is just an amazing experience every time we come in.

Great concept, great energy and skill in ‘herding cats’. However not all coaches seem focused on guiding kids through more challenging aspect of routines. We love the class and are more than satisfied.

My child had an excellent first experience and it was a very pleasant environment and staff extremely friendly.

It’s a good place for the kids

Kid strong is great! Every parent has their reasons for putting their kids in extra curricular activities. Mine is weight management, my kiddo is not as fast and sometimes has challenges with the exercises that require her to lift her body weight. The coaches always cheer her on and gift her help when needed. I also see how they are attentive to the kids on the spectrum and admire that because not all programs do that very well.

The staff is SO amazing with all the kids. It is pure chaos with that many toddlers run around, and the coaches are so patient and good at redirecting the kids!

They are consistent in their approach and warm in application of their science based program. It’s helped Luke tremendously in just two months.
