Coaches are amazing.

You can tell the coaches here really love what they do. Their energy is high, they keep the kids engaged and the workouts are challenging so I feel like my kiddo got something out of it. The best part is she loves going. Even when the workouts push her beyond her limits, she's excited each week to see what's next in store. Since starting, her confidence has risen, she's making more healthy choices all around, and even works out at home. Coach Alex is our favorite because he does not go easy on them.

Definitely helps build kids’ confidence. Love that it keeps our child active, and we also love how they keep the kids engaged with mini life / learning lessons.

My son and I love Kidstrong, every time we go in, everyone says hello and welcomes my son by name, its amazing the donations that are built not only with the coaches and the kids, but even with us parents. It is just an amazing experience every time we come in.

Great concept, great energy and skill in ‘herding cats’. However not all coaches seem focused on guiding kids through more challenging aspect of routines. We love the class and are more than satisfied.

My child had an excellent first experience and it was a very pleasant environment and staff extremely friendly.
