They run a great program with enthusiastic staff and coaches, and my daughter loves going to class!I do wish they cleaned more frequently in between classes however, as our socks are always pretty dirty at the end of class.

We signed my daughter up to build her confidence and even her first class proved to bring her out of her shell better than expected! Can’t wait to be back!

Website and staff do an amazing job explaining the program, the class itself clearly demonstrated all the goals and values discussed, facility is very clean and organized, coaches were very engaging and energetic as they balanced making it fun while also challenging the kids, my daughter very quickly felt comfortable and was able to easily integrate with the class, and communication before and after trial was easy, thorough and prompt.

Friendly and efficient communication, great facility with impeccable cleanliness and fun activities for kids in an encouraging and motivating way. :)

This place has been great for my 10 year old son. I wish it had been around sooner son he could have been in it longer! It’s helping his confidence and gives him goals to work towards when there is something he can’t quite accomplish 100% yet. The staff is amazing and very accommodating.

It's the perfect place for the right kind of kid. My don could def benefit from it. I do wish there was a tiny bit more correction if the child is not doing the lesson properly in your same positive fashion of course. My son phoned in a couple of the drills and was being lazy

We really like the KidStrong concept. It combines physical development with fun and engaging activities, making exercise enjoyable for children. We also appreciate that the program helps build confidence, encourages social interaction, and teaches children to work together in a positive environment.One of the things we value most is the friendly atmosphere. The coaches are supportive and encouraging, and the children are treated with kindness and respect.Since we have only visited the KidStrong Citrus Park location once, it is difficult to comment on this specific location in detail. However, our first impression was very positive, and everyone was welcoming and helpful. We look forward to getting to know the program and the team better.
