KidStrong has been an amazing experience for my son. The coaches are encouraging, supportive, and make every class fun. Im seen improvement in my child’s confidence, listening skills, and physical abilities. The environment is positive and welcoming, and my son always looks forward to coming to class. Highly recommend KidStrong to other families!

I love this kind of thing for my daughter. She’s not around other kids besides family members so it’s nice for her to get used to that. I think she’s going to be a more confident kid at the end of this

We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Kidstrong! Charlee left feeling stronger and more proud of herself than we’ve ever seen! The coaches were so hands-on patient and diligent with all of the athletes! We will be recommending Kidstrong to everyone we know!

I was very impressed with everything! The coaches were great with my kids and other kids as well. There was 1 child in each of my kids classes yesterday that were all over the place and kind of disruptive and I was actually very impressed with how the coaches handled those situations!I hope the positive atmosphere and motivation from the coaches continue forever!

Great energy, mentally and physically engaging and stimulating for the kids!!! The activities are challenging but right suited for certain age groups. Coaching staff, pace of activities, cleanliness of facilities are great!
