The coaches were incredibly supportive of our kiddos attending kidstrong for the first time. They helped encourage them to do hard things by role modeling the behavior. We’d highly recommend this program to other families! One aspect we really find valuable is character development.

My daughter Kinsleigh went for the first time this week . What an awesome experience. Kinsleigh is usually pretty shy - and everyone welcomed her with opened arms . Coach Dale was phenomenal . Showing the kids the proper technique and overall praising the kids along the way is what we need more in this day of age

Very organized and fun for the kids!

I really appreciated the staffs warm welcoming attitude. The girls loved seeing their names on the board. I appreciated that no one made us feel awkward about arriving a bit late. No one attempted to coerce my daughter who was feeling scared into participating which I also appreciated. When she was ready to join the group they accepted her warmly but without drawing attention to her. Dale was clear and communicative about the program and pricing but didn’t make me feel pressured or like I was receiving a sales pitch. My daughters are very physically active but not super athletic. They loved the class and were so inspired they came home and did planks and pushups. Great experience!

The coaches are great and so nice. Penny really enjoys the classes even if she loses steam at the end. I like the awards portion as well as it keeps them motivated even if they dont win one that week. Overall great experience so far

We started our first class yesterday. My son went from trying to escape to diving in on the fun. The coaches are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this program!

Overall thought it was great for my 3 year old. Very nicely run. Great experience for my little guy and for the parents.
