My kid love’s KidStrong!!

Great experience

The coaches are amazing! They’re patient and let kids do what kids do, but redirect them back to the core program. They’re patient make it fun for the kids and are helping them with life skills. So friendly and so helpful for shy kids entering the program.

The staff was friendly, the kids were engaged and appeared to be enjoying themselves, and my daughter immediately said she wanted to come back after her trial session.

Its Fun for the kids, they always wants to go back another day. I love that they get to do Muscles strengthening exercises in a safe place.

It was a good experience for my kid to get energy out and followed a structured routine. Next time I’d prefer the coaches to be a bit more proactive in supporting my kid when he needed help or didn’t understand the instructions. I had to intervene in order for them to notice he needed help. Overall the activities were fun and it was very clean.

I haven’t downloaded the app yet!!We love coming to Kidstrong. Abby feels so loved and supported. You guys are amazing.

It was Antonio’s first class and I felt like we were very welcome. Antonio had a great time and I feel very confident that the coaches will be able to connect with him over time.

I am grateful for the socializing, exercise and character building. Our kids look forward to it every week
