KidStrong has been a wonderful experience for our family since day 1, from walking through the doors to joining the KidStrong family. Every greeting, class session and app experience has been pleasant. In a couple of months we'll have 2 years. Logan has grown so much personally and physically. He loves attending and interacting with the coaches. The coaches have a positive, energetic attitude. Thank you for making KidStrong such a fun, safe, and learning environment.

Kidstrong really helps Kids develop both physically and mentally. They pushed the kids to their limits with some of their activities. The coaches are very patient and super kind with all the kids. The two things I wish to see improved would be the children who either don’t listen or acting out to go sit out with their parents until they’re ready to participate and then helping the kids with the correct form a little bit more closely. Sometimes there’s a lot of kids and if a child is doing an activity or a stretch or a movement incorrectly sometimes the coaches don’t get the opportunity to go over and have a one on one coaching moment with that child.
