I really love how KidString incorporates movement/exercise with brain development and social skills like emotional regulation into the class. The classes follow the same structure no matter the age while keeping the activities age appropriate. From the little I have seen and with my knowledge as a public school teacher, I can tell the goal of these classes are to help kids grow up to be well rounded members of society. Which is what most parents want for their kids.

This was our first session and it was a very easy process booking it and then eventually signing up. I appreciated everyone staff member met my son once and immediately referred to him by name. We felt very welcome. The class was great and appropriately challenging. I thought the coaches were great as well. One minor piece of feedback is I would have liked to see the coaches help the kids that were struggling with direction a little better so they could at least try to do the task as best versus just kind of letting them run randomly.

Emma is absolutely fantastic and so great with the kids. She is passionate about her job and cares so much about the kids that she convinced us to give it a try, resulting in us getting a membership after just one class. She the best!

We lost our preferred coach who work AMAZING with my autistic son. These coaches need training with kids with autism as I see a lot more entering the program but not enough coaches know what to do.
