I bring my grandson Tatum and my nephew Tristan to Kid Strong on Mondays and have seen the same issues with parents not controlling their children in the littles classes and allowing them to run all over and not engaged with the coaches teaching. I also have Tristan in the evenings and there are parents that don’t correct their children being off task which impacts the kids trying to do the right things. My recommendation would be a letter to parents about expectations for safety reasons or conversation from coaches to parents in the moment redirecting unwanted behaviors. I feel as if it takes away from the other kids experiences at Kid Strong. If you would like further information or would like to speak to me I can be reached at 719-651-7174I love your coaches and feel like you have a great manager in Bree! She is special and just a ball of energy, passion and love for these kids.

The staff are always helpful. I love the fact that the kids are taught many different exercises. With my daughter having ADHD and possibly Autism, the fact that the program changes every week is the best thing for her. I love our KidStrong family

My toddler tried traditional gymnastics classes and ballet classes, which were too “strict” for her attention span. KidStrong allows her to learn structure; following instructions, teamwork and skill building while still letting her wiggles and shouts out.

We have been doing it for 2 years. Everything is great but I just don’t understand the ranks. My son is in one of the leadership ranks but he doesn’t get the experience as mentioned in the description“After Atlas, children move into Leader Ranks such as Maximus, Victory, and Legend, where they take on mentorship roles and help guide younger participants. This fosters a sense of responsibility and leadership within the class environment.”I’d like him to experience this aspect as it hasn’t been offered to others or himThanks!

My child was a very shy kid when we first came to Colorado. Since going to Kidstrong he has become much more open and confident. I give great credit to the social skills he has learned during his Kidstrong classes.
