My son loves kidstrong ! He feels so accomplished each time he levels up and has developed a sense of accomplishment.

The coaches were friendly and welcoming

Coach Lea and coach Nate are great! And Billie has shown so much improvement since she started. Both in the activities and her confidence.

I love the new programming— helper jobs for kids and improved instructions on the tv! Especially videos of coaches, because it’s super easy for Shepherd to focus on what the coach is doing on tv and copies right away. Also less distracting to have a gif on the tv of the blue mat and coaches, rather than clip art that takes a minute to see/process and translate to irl. Also I like when the coaches position the blue box off to side for giving awards, because the pictures are more esthetically pleasing with the class in the background instead of a tv.. but that doesn’t matter for the quality of the class lol

I love this place it has built so much confidence in both my boys. I love coach Leah she is very energetic and I can tell she loves what she does.

I love the mix of physical activity and emotional or mental training. Kids learn by physical activity and I see my son grow after every class!

Great facility, very clean and organized. Staff if friendly and work well with the kids! They make every class fun and challenge the kids to learn new skills!
