As soon as we walked through the door we felt welcomed. The coaches were amazing and actually cared and seemed so happy to be there.

because all the coaches were professional, they were super good at finding an approach to the children, both to active children and to those who were there for the first time (like my daughter) and were shy.

Our daughter started off very shy but after a few months of classes she is thriving and has fully broken out of her shell.

I loved the whole atmosphere and how involved the coaches were. They welcomed my son and my family and made sure to engage with him and remembered his name all while engaging with every other child in the class as well. My only thing is that I think the floors could be cleaner. With it being the first class of the day, and for walking toddlers to 2 years of age it should be cleaner. But that is the only negative I have! Otherwise I think this will be good for my son to interact with other kids as well as learning some structure and new skills outside of the house. And a good way for both of us to socialize. Being a stay at home mom, it’s hard sometimes to socialize if you don’t have a good mom community.

Leah and Nate are by far the best coaches our toddler has had. We've seen him improve and gain confidence since he started. The mats are not extremely dirty but I am typically covered in all sorts of hair, dust and lint after each class.

Well organized, structured program that encorporates many accepts of child development. Enthusiastic staff. However, I do wish there was an additional "free gym" option a week in addition to the weekly class

KidStrong is great! The staff is amazing and my son really enjoys attending. Every week he always looks forward to it and wants to go back more than 1x a week!

We continue to think the coaches at Kidstrong are absolute top-notch folks to work with children! They really know how to deliver a great workout. At the same time, they encourage our boys to push themselves in the most positive way! Our kids always want to go to exercise at Kidstrong. My nine-year-old had his birthday party there in January and it was a BLAST! Coach Bree and Coach Leah made the party so smooth and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend booking here for a party. So reasonably priced for a big group of kids! (19!) We heard from many parents that their kids loved the party.
