I love watching my son grow in confidence and show assurance in his actions, both physical and communicating with others. He has gone from being a “push over“ to someone who stands his ground with kindness and confidence. I am so grateful for the mix of education in Kidstrong’s! The physical and cognitive training is helping him grow into such an awesome kid!

Great experience for my kids, I see their growth when it comes to skills and confidence! My eldest stands at the front when she’s class Captain and just dominates! She’s confident, proud, and leads without fear. The coaches are great! They play and interact so well with the kids. They hold them to the standard of the rules while also making things fun and allowing the kids to build confidence. It’s great to see them in action!

Our son has grown a lot from KidStrong both physically, mentally and with his confidence. KidStrong has helped him to sit and listen to instructions and interact well with others.

My almost 2 year old son has become more social, confident, and increased his problem solving since starting.

Our daughter loves all the elements embedded within each class (speaking in front of the group, leadership opportunity as a class captain, and how each class is unique)! The coaches are amazing and the entire staff is great

The coaches are positive and energetic. The class moves quickly- young kids don’t get bored or distracted, and if they don’t like an activity it changes quickly enough that it’s a non-issue. It’s really great for kids that want exposure to fitness activities but maybe haven’t found a niche in sports and for kids who play sports but want to work on speech, agility, sportsmanship, and team work!
