i truly enjoyed the experience for my child and other children. i go to the gym a lot and recently she asked me if thehave a gym for kids and my reply was i don’t think so. then my sister told me about kid strong. for me exceeding isn’t about a look. it has everything to do with my mental and if i can allow her to have that experience so young im in. so thank you for creating something fun and that will have a long time effect on our youth

Great interaction and activities for the kids. The coaches keep the kids engaged and entertained.

The coaches were very welcoming and really helped my son avoid having a meltdown. They let him take things at his own pace, and by the end he was so excited. I’m excited to sign up for a membership!

I like the kids to coach ratio and I like that it is more involved than going to gymnastics..

Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the kids. The coach’s energy is amazing, contagious. You can tell they care about their quality of work and the impact they have on the kids. Center was clean and well organized too.
