I absolutely love everything about kidstrong! The only room for improvement for me is the member app. I wish it tracked milestones and everything like the last one did!

All of the coaches are so wonderful- coach Jaden is so incredible with the kids, I don’t know how he does it. Coach Josh is so kind and encouraging. Coach Dion has an infectious enthusiasm as soon as you walk in the door. We have watched our kiddo grow in confidence and skills since we have been attending. 10/10

The holistic approach to their activities are unique and effective

Kidstrong is such a great program. It’s teaching my son confidence, agility, and helping him to listen to directions. Added bonus it burns a good amount of energy which is always a plus!

I love the mission and the program

The coach at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. I love that they do awards for each kid at class. My little one was not into the activities I think he was a bit too young but all the coaches were really understanding and still tried to get him involved in a kind and gentle way.

I love how the curriculum is pre-planned and obviously well-thought out— this led to minimal down time for the kids and much more time spent on the activities!
