My son has been thriving at KidStrong. He has learned to share, take turns, follow directions and work cooperatively with others! His coaches help him with individual physical moments and acknowledge his efforts in a positive way!

I have seen my son gain confidence, not only in what he does there, but also in everyday life!

From the staff to the facilities, it was a great experience. The programming is engaging and age appropriate and unique. The coaches were fully engaged with encouraging the class, being mindful of time, modeling good teamwork. Love that you work on one skill for 4 weeks and the other exercises help prepare the kids for the skill. Also it’s such a fun atmosphere and the coaches are terrific.

My kids love it. They’re building strength, confidence, and having a blast every week!
