I liked it because I think it can help my daughter not be so shy, lose her fear of doing things, like jumping, running, and that's why I looked for a place and found them.

Atmosphere was great and the coaches made my kids feel extremely comfortable and excited for the lesson

KidStrong is what every child needs in their early stages of life. This place creates and build characteristics/traits that these kids are going to need when dealing with the world. They'll be prepared. The coaches are great with the kids, very patient and supportive.

We love Kid Strong, our 3 year old (soon to be 4) has really come into his own while participating in kid strong! He has learned how to share, take turns, shapes, push himself to do hard things, and most importantly, he has learned how to follow directions!! We love KidStrong, and appreciate everything that this organization stands for!!

KidStrong Columbia has the best coaches. They know our kids and their temperaments. My kids feel “seen” and that gives them confidence. We take the concepts of teamwork and leadership into our everyday lives.

It has been an enjoyable experience with great coaches and customer service!! Classes can be a little crowded at times but they do a great job of making use of the space

Very easy to transfer in and Dion has been very good at communicating and making feel welcome to new facility
