We love the coaches and program that they use! The structured program gives my daughter more than just exercise. She is learning to work with other children and listen to coach instructions. We have been at Kidstrong almost 2 years and will continue to invest in our daughter because Kidstrong (Columbia, MD) has been incredible for her!

Michael enjoys going to class and is excited to see the coaches. The classes are fun and the staff do an amazing job of making parents, kids, and guests feel welcome.

Kidstrong has given our family so much. For our daughter especially, she's become more active, gained tons of self confidence, strengthen both her body and mind while providing a fun experience. A little more variation in the rewards and recognition would be nice.

It has been a great experience for the both of us! I love the teamwork and the relationship building exercises. I like how the coaches play with the kids and the award ceremonies. The ONLY thing that I don’t prefer is the expenses. KidStrong is extremely expensive!
