My son is usually very shy when he starts a new activity but the combination of activities and amazing coaches made his first class at KidStrong incredibly successful. He couldn’t stop talking about how much fun he had and how he wanted to go back!

Excellent staff, Jaden, Kai, Jonesha, Meg, Dion all make the experience so much fun. Our daughter has seen tremendous improvement in her self esteem and fitness.

I really appreciate that there are younger coaches who are relatable to the children and genuinely inspiring. Dion communicates well, and his patience with the kids is impeccable. All of the staff are inviting, professional, and a pleasure to be around.

I love that the drills are short and well paced, which is perfect because my two year old gets bored quickly. We’ve tried other weekend activities, but none have kept her engaged the way KidStrong has.
