The instructors and staff are outstanding. My boys always have a blast going to Kidstrong Columbia and interacting with friends. The activities are challenging but fun for the kids.

We love KidStrong! The only thing I’d love to see is a stretch section of class, more focus on progressions and not leaving children behind during courses. But i also understand the timing so I’m very happy with what you all offer!

I love how clean it is and the coaches are super active. They are so enthusiastic with the kiddos! I love how they get the parents involved with high fiving and applause. I would love to see some longer class length options. Maybe have 1-2 special extra length per age range class each month? Also, would love a parent and kid bootcamp class (a special one per month). Again, just extra suggestions. Love this program so much!
