My daughter absolutely loves Kidstrong. It is a positive fun environment, where she gets to exercise and challenge herself while making friends. The coaches are wonderful and so supportive. I love the award ceremony at the end of each session. The kids feel so good about themselves. It is the best program and I would recommend it to anyone who has children.

The app is not my favorite but the KidStrong Commack gym is awesome! The facility is clean/new, the coaches are fantastic and my son loves to go. I love the programming and see my son getting more confident in himself.
