Great staff that love what they do, great atmosphere being with others kids and parents. Incredible programs and activities for the kids each session.

Coaches are professional and have great mannerism, observant so they pick up on bad behavior and corrects them. The classes are appropriate for the age levels. I really like that it is more than just kids playing, rather it incorporates strength training, social skills, and team spirit. All things that i was pitched on so my expectations are met.

The program is great for typical kids, and overall we had a positive experience. My only suggestion would be to provide additional training for staff on working with children on the autism spectrum, as there are many children with special needs participating. It may also be beneficial to offer a dedicated special needs program or smaller groups where coaches can provide more hands-on support and individualized attention.

I love Kid Strong. My son very much enjoys coming as well. We love the structure and discipline of the classes. I just wish it wasn’t so darn expensive; but I know that’s what it is these days
