I did not use app so that’s why I gave 3stars.I love the concept of kid strong. I wish I found it when my kids were younger

My daughter has been attending this gym since she was 3 years old, and now at 7, it’s been amazing to see how much she has grown—not just physically, but as a person. The coaches and staff have helped her become stronger, more confident, and kinder. They create such a positive, encouraging environment where kids can learn, grow, and believe in themselves. She looks forward to every class, and as a parent, I couldn’t be more grateful for the impact this gym has had on her development. We truly feel like part of a family here and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their child can thrive.

I like how it teaches them the importance of staying active but also, social skills, public speaking, and team building. It’s a great program for kids!

It was my son’s first time and all of the coaches really tried to make him feel comfortable and welcome, despite my son having a difficult time acclimating. That meant a lot and was super appreciated!
