KidStrong has been such a wonderful experience for my daughter! She absolutely loves going every week and always leaves with a big smile. Not only does she get a great workout, but she also has so much fun while learning important life skills like teamwork and confidence. The program does an amazing job of helping kids build friendships and encouraging them to do their best.The coaches are fantastic – always friendly, encouraging, and patient. I really appreciate how they focus on teaching proper form for exercises, which helps keep the kids safe while building strength. I can't argue with results. My son has grown so much in the 6 months since he started, in both his confidence and abilities. Kid Strong creates well rounded kids who are healthier and more tired at bed time. Lol
