KidStrong is a kid friendly place I think it’s amazing there they even let parents do some challenges you should go here!

KidStrong feels like a safe space for kids to explore and learn new things about exercise including coordination skills that they would not otherwise experience. The focus on safety as well as responsibility works. The dedication and competence of not only the coaches but also the program is clear. We have attended for nearly three years now and continue to love it.

KidStrong is AMAZING!!! All the staff and coaches are so educated and phenomenal!! The tasks of the sessions change every week and the coaches are super enthusiastic! My daughter can’t wait to attend every week! Thank you Coach Danny Coach Jasmine Coach Ryan for always helping the kids and boosting their confidence while strengthening their bodies and minds! And the I love how the coaches involve us Parents to participate and can cheer our kids on!!
