The coaches are excellent and extremely patient. My 2 year old does not know how to follow instructions yet and he pretty much runs all over the place. They’ve been great with directing the program and the focus of the kids.

I’ve seen the growth in both of my kids! Their hand to eye coordination is on point along with teamwork and camaraderie skills! Extremely happy with their developments!

I love the way the coaches are able to run the entire class while giving individual help to students. The staff is friendly and pantient. I like that more challenging exercises are repeated every few months so kids can see their progress.

My son Jaxson always looks forward to his weekly kidstrong session! We enjoy that he is getting physical activity in but he is also learning invaluable lessons!
