Kid strong is a safe place for our children where they feel comfortable with their coaches and gain more confidence. We love the coaches ❤️

The instructors are highly qualified. The location is handy. The suite it’s self is always clean. P personnel seems to be a caring one. My child has grown greatly socially and intellectually since attending kid strong

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was simple and straightforward, and communication with the coaches to confirm class details was smooth. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly—as if they had known us already. The coaches were incredibly kind and attentive, helping my daughters feel at ease right away.The class included a great mix of teamwork and physical activities, which went really well. My daughter mentioned it was both challenging and a lot of fun—they both absolutely loved it. Overall, this is a wonderful place for kids to develop skills they might not gain elsewhere. I highly recommend it!

Kidstrong has helped my now 3 year old build his confidence, independence and social skills he was lacking before when he started a year ago.

KidStrong has, especially in my son’s case, been a tremendous help in getting him back on track socially and physically. All the coaches, especially Coach O, Coach Harley and Coach Sarah, have been so great with him and have made him feel safe, comfortable and confident to get out there and be the best version of himself.
