KidStrong is fun and engaging for my son. He builds strength and confidence with each lesson! I do wish the app made it easier to see his path to rank-ups like the old app did.

KidStrong Cotswold is an amazing program that goes far beyond a typical kids’ gym. The coaches are energetic, supportive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. My child has gained confidence, strength, and social skills in just a short time. The environment is positive, structured, and fun/highly recommend!
