Classes are a little overly booked is my only complaint I feel if less were in one class the children can have more experience. But I really love the program for my son.

My son really enjoyed going, and it lived up to the expectations for which I took him—namely, to socialize with other children and learn to follow instructions. Everyone there was always very friendly, and the best part is that he gets to have fun while exercising.

My son loves coming to kid strong! It has been really good for hit to let out some energy and learn how to work as a team and cheer others on. The coaches are amazing and Erinn at the desk is super helpful!
