We’ve recommended KidStrong to friends. My child often has a tough time navigating new skills and experiences and these classes have helped her work through that frustration. She’s proudly shown me that she can do a plank! The coaches have been very patient with her, and we feel these classes are really good for her development.

From the beginning we've really had a great experience, everyone is so kind and inviting. The classes are great for Abel, learning team work and challenging his athleticism.

We have had a great experience with Kidstrong and our son loves going to the classes. He never says he doesn’t want to go. The only negative thing we have experienced is some children that may have more specific or individual needs disrupting classes so that the rest of the kids have trouble focusing. We have avoided particular class times because of that.
