Kidstrong is awesome, we have enjoyed coming here for the past few years and I have seen improvements in my son’s love for fitness and confidence. The activities they do in Kidstrong transfers to other sports he plays!

The KidStrong team is kind and they care about the children. The customer service has always been excellent. My son has gained valuable skills over the years like teamwork, sharing, leadership, and of course has become physically stronger.
