KidStrong Cotswold is an amazing program that goes far beyond a typical kids’ gym. The coaches are energetic, supportive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. My child has gained confidence, strength, and social skills in just a short time. The environment is positive, structured, and fun/highly recommend!

My children and I love the KidStrong Program. I have noticed that my children have more discipline and work together well with teamwork. Their skills in agility and balance are definitely improving in which it shows in their other sports such as soccer and gymnastics. Staff are friendly and communicate very well. My children are excited every week to attend KidStrong and it is used as Positive Reinforcement for them. I love this program and I am happy that we found a family in KidStrong.
