The coaches are energetic, patient, and care about each child’s growth. The sessions are fun, structured, and focused on building confidence, strength, coordination, and discipline.

I don't think so. It just didn't feel like a good fit for us at this time, and was difficult to justify the cost compared to the benefits.

Not really, just when it is a fuller class for younger kids with the parents on the floor it tends to be a LOT and overwhelming, for the kids. We preferred the smaller class size.

No. We stuck around longer to see if more classes would be added/classes capped but nothing changed.

We love everyone at Kid Strong! Coach Marco and Coach Danielle are our favorites! Carter loves coming and has the best time when he is there. Isaac is so welcoming and encouraging and knows all the kids by name. It’s an amazing program!

My daughter has been attending KidStrong since it opened when she was 3 and it was a parent and me class she is now 7. The growth she has experienced with he coaches and classes can't be beat. She has started other extracurricular activities but doesn't want to give up KidStrong. I attribute that to the coaches and the curriculum. This isn't just about physical strength it is about learning team building, public speaking, how to be a good sport as well as a lot of other personal growth.
