Always friendly coaches and very helpful to my daughter with her being the very youngest in her class

Our kids seem to have loved it, they place was clean and above expectations and the class had been properly planned.

We’ve tried a couple of different classes for our son Angel and none have made him feel so comfortable and welcoming, where here he actually participated and loved it!

It's a great environment for kids of all ages. Everyone is friendly, helpful and encouraging. My daughter's confidence grows each time she comes.

Confidence building

This program is designed to help children thrive. I only wish I knew about it earlier when my kiddo was itty bitty. KidStrong has improved his confidence, helps subdue his shyness and continues to improve his overall physical strength and performance. I wish there was a class for kids over 12; we would be the first to sign up!! The coaches are amazing and truly motivate the kids to push themselves to achieve their goals. The world needs more role models like them!! 10/5 stars!!

It’s a great place for kids to exercise and his day and age most kids are normally plugged in the screens. KidStrong offers an amazing opportunity to get active and get the parents involved. The coaches are very kind, friendly and accommodating to children of all ages. I would definitely recommend Kidstrong to coworkers and family members, and I pray that the center will continue to thrive and be here for many years to come for my daughter.

Professional, clean, thorough communication

We love Coach Marco!! We wish he could teach the older class as we age up.The classes have taught my son strength and confidence!
