Because it is helping my child build confidence about himself he loves coming every week. The coaches are excellent.

Moves fast enough to keep their attention, small class size.

I’ve really enjoyed the time and experience me and my son have gotten there. Last class I laughed so hard I cried at the games, energy and excitement of the couch’s and kids. My son looks forward to class every week and is building confidence in himself and learning how to be a team player!

Coaches are great. They motivate the kids so well, keep them engaged, and seem to enjoy being there themselves.

So far, I have been impressed with what I saw. The coaches are patient and redirect the children well.

My child loved it he asked to go the next night.

My daughter enjoyed it.

It was a great experience, kind and experienced coaches, Alakai had a blast! There is a lot that can be learned from Kid strong!

I love that it's so much more than just the workout. They did memory games and had a lesson on bullying! All the employees were super nice and made sure my son had an understanding of what to do on his first day. Highly recommend!
