It seemed fun, clean , staff was pleasant and welcoming. Loved how each person got down on the kid level to talk to them and encourage them ( sitting down of on knees ).It was a fun experience.

I love the Kidstrong curriculum and its multidimensionality. The activities are varied and engaging, and they focus on the whole child, not just physical strength but mental, social, and emotional. That being said, none of it would work without the coaches. The coaches at Kidstrong Creve Coeur are so great! They are all enthusiastic and seem happy to be there, and it really helps motivate the kids. It's sweet to see them interact with the children, and their positivity sets the tone for the whole experience. Coach McKenzie is an incredible leader, and you can tell she creates a positive environment for everyone. While all the coaches are great in their own ways, she always takes it up a notch. You can count on her to bring a kid out of their shell, including the shy kids, while also wrangling the wild ones who need wrangled, without dulling their spirits. When my daughter first started attending Kidstrong and was just getting used to the routine, I remember the wave of relief I felt l when I saw Coach Mckenzie leading the session, because I just knew she'd support my kiddo if she struggled. Now my daughter is confident and comfortable with all the coaches, but it really helped to have that extra support in the beginning. Even outside of sessions, coaches say hi to the child when they enter the facility, always pleasant and smiling. It feels like family!

KidsStrong was a hit with our little and we loved the work the kids did in class! He enjoyed it and you can easily see how classes foster discipline, team building and the habit of exercise! The mantras at the end of class are SPECIAL!The coaches were great! They were patient and did a great job explaining next steps to the kids!We think they may need the help of a whistle to tangle the kids’ attention at times, or an extra coach when 3 stations are employed.KidsStrong is a HIT!!

Because here it’s like coming home to family. Yeh children are taken care of and supported. And the parents are applauded for just showing up and supporting their kiddos. The small things matter the most to me but there they applaud loud for it!! Coaches always root Janaya on even in her most difficult hour. It’s amazing here!!!

I have both of my kids in classes and they love it. The coaches are amazing and are willing to work with you when it comes to making up missed classes. I love watching my children open up and be the best version of themselves.
