This has been our go-to fitness activity for our son who has autism. He feels empowered and part of this community for two years. I love KidStrong and feel so grateful it exists!

They was very patient when booking, even helped me rebook after I realized I doubled booked my schedule. She gave me fed back when discussing my busy body toddler. In the end even helped me put on shoes to get us out smoothly because he didn’t want to leave.

Energy and the professionalism of the staff

KidStrong is a wonderful place for children. The staff is amazing!

The KidStrong coaches are great with my neurodivergent kiddos. They are very patient with him but they make sure to challenge him in a gentle way. Whenever he needs extra help, they take a minute to coach him on proper technique which helps to build his confidence. He looks forward to going to KidStrong every week and ranking up.

Wyatt had fun. The pace was a little fast for a 1 year old. All in all great time.

My son started classes two months ago. In the beginning, he was very nervous and self conscious about participating and being in front of new people. He worried about what would happen if he “messed up” or lost a group challenge. Now he actively participates, even earning the Coach’s Award! In his last class he spoke in front of his entire class and sixteen parents, introducing himself and answering a question asked by his coach. Two months ago that would have terrified him. KidStrong keeps him active while building the social and emotional skills to make him a confident self-assured kid. We love KidStrong.

Great exercise and learning experience

Our 22-month old was was attending a free trial class and we found the coaches - Coach Quincy and Coach Shri - to be energetic and very attuned to the students.

There is nothing else like it and it’s structured with strong leadership influence. It has given our son so much confidence and awareness.
