The staff is so friendly and good with the kids. The space feels clean and organized and fun. The biggest thing is that my son looks forward to the classes every week and he leaves feeling happy and seen. He’s a shy kid and this program has helped him with his confidence and communication while giving him a fun way to build physical strength and awareness. Since starting kidstrong my son will walk up to kids on the playground, introduce himself, and ask them to play, something he was always too nervous to do before. It’s so wonderful to see him feel brave and more confident.

Just a good fun experience . Since we have been there for sometime I’ve seen kids come out of their shells and have a blast . Isaac has grown as well . I tell people all the time about KidStrong

My daughter has only been a few times but I have been impressed with the way the coaches engage all of the group in class.

I’ve been to many first classes and kidstrong had the best pacing of any so far. I liked the mix of activities and seemed like a great introduction to physical fitness

I think they really help the kids believe they can do what they can do. Their confidence increases. Their endurance is better and they all get along so well.
