We love Kidstrong!

This gym is great for kids to learn how to use their body and be safe for life, playing, and sports. But what really makes this location worth the money, in my opinion, is the coaches! They are so great with our kids at every level and through every toddler mood!!

KidStrong is truly an amazing program! The instructors are not only engaging, but they also take real ownership in every child’s progress. You can tell they genuinely care and bring so much energy and positivity to each session. The curriculum is incredibly well thought out. It’s not just physically challenging and fun, but also packed with important life skills and social-emotional learning. I’ve been so impressed with how they encourage confidence, leadership, and teamwork in a way that feels empowering and age-appropriate. We’re so grateful to have found this program!
